We hit a milestone last month. Yes! We hit 20k followers on Instagram. Woah! It took us 5 years of never settling hard work to become a 20k family of artists, photographers, writers, travel bloggers, wonderful food bloggers globally. 

As much as it was a proud moment, we were excited to celebrate it with our family. So, we did it our way – The Uncommon Way. 

We conducted a contest in which we invited artists & photographers from around the globe  for their participation. It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the competition surpassed our expectations. There were 1000+ entries!

Let’s have a look into the detailed structure of the contest:

For this contest, we partnered with Tiyana Incorporation, Ulanzi Indian Official & Adcom India for Photography & Ayush Surana & The Tint Tray for Artists. The theme was – “Your Home & Your Surrounding” – example, attire, food, streets, room, etc. Participants had to capture or create the mundane or otherwise.

We measured their creativity on the basis of – the message or story the piece was narrating, and how it stood up to the theme asked. Considering the prevailing situation, we accepted the old workpiece of the participants too.

There were 4 winners (2 for photography & 2 for Art) who won exciting prizes, till now they must have received them. But we aren’t done yet! There is Special Mention too…so stay tuned for this one!!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every participant who took their time off and participated in the contest. We are truly grateful and are overwhelmed with the amount of love we received from our family for this contest. The decision for us isn’t easy!
