The title asks a question that has a million answers and all of them are right! Love is beyond definition of a single variety and that is why our Uncommon writer Poonam TilekarParmar, attempts to present its varied facets.
Read and find your own definition from amongst the words of this lovely write-up.
What is love?
We all must have fallen in love at least once in life. ‘Love’ such a beautiful feeling at the start but converts into hatred at the end of the relation. We say we walk out of love. But is it really possible to walk out of ‘LOVE’? I have lately understood whent we combine love with other emotions and that becomes a pain point for us. ‘LOVE’ in its pure form can never be pain.
Love is when Sun gives its light to earth till the very last second when it sets. Even after setting he leaves lovely colours for earth: AFFECTION
Love is when Earth knows that the Sun is going to leave her in darkness, but still waits for him to come again and light her world: FAITH
Love is when Moon knows earth doesn’t love him, still he comes to comfort her when the sun leaves, and he gives his light to her: COMMITMENT
Love is when trees know that they are going to be destroyed someday yet provides food, oxygen and shadow to Man: SACRIFICE
Love is when Nature gives in abundance and Man makes use for his own betterment: BETRAYAL
Love is when peacock dances and sings for rains to come: HOPE
Love is when you know that you both cannot be together anymore yet you have love for each other in your heart and pray for each other’s wellbeing: LOVE
Love as they say is a many splendored thing. And our Uncommon writer Poonam puts it across as simply as can be. But after all, Love is like that only isn’t it?
